I witnessed the execution of Reg, something i never thought i would ever do, it was horrible, this man was the kindest and most genuine man i had ever met, his case full of injustices, his state appointed attorney too scared to stand up to the very government who wanted to kill reg, because they paid his wages. This man never had a chance to prove his innocence. Reg went out the warrior and soldier that he was, underneath was his last statement.

I know ya'lls pain, believe me I shed plenty of tears behind Carlos. Carlos was my friend. I didn't murder him. This what is happening right now is an injustice. This doesn't solve anything. This will not bring back Carlos. Ya'll fought real hard here to prove my innocence. This is only the beginning. I love each and everyone dearly. Dre.

They are fixing to pump my veins with a lethal drug the American Veterinary Association won't even allow to be used on dogs. I say I am worse off than a dog. AFTER REG SAID HIS LAST STATEMENT, HE REMEMBERED THAT MORNING WHEN I SAID TO HIM TO GIVE ME A SMILE IF HE FELT NOT IN PAIN, AFTER HIS STATEMENT, HE SMILED, THEY PRONOUNCED REG DEAD AT 6.21PM, BUT I KNOW WHAT I SAW, AND I KNOW REG DIED AT 6.16PM




Reginalds case is one riddled with injustices. The Initial suspect could not be found. The only two witnesses were forced to sign statements against Reginald, under threats of being charged with the crime. These witnesses were Reginalds brother Robert, and Roberts then pregnant girlfriend.

Prosecutors racially excluded African Americans from serving on his jury. The shoe print on the victims kicked in appartment door DID NOT MATCH the shoes Reginald wore the day of the crime. Reginald was wrongly convicted of murdering his friend and robbing him of jewelry that already belonged to Reginald! His appellant Attorney refused to represent his legal interest, ignored all of his letters pleading this attorney to file what amounted to innocence claims and because of this failure, all Reginalds innocence claims were procedurally barred from ever being heard. And now his case sits in the Supreme court.
