Trucker Drivers Wanted (Experience needed)
Truck Dispatchers Wanted ( No experience needed)
States: All States for Drivers
Driver Qualifications / Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum of 2 years over the road experience for company drivers
Must be able to provide proof of past 2-3 years of employment
Must have Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) no older than 60 days
No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 36 months
No DUI's
NO Felonies
Must pass DOT Drug Screening and Background Check
Updated Medical Card (No older than 6 months)
Copy of your Drivers License
Our loads originate from Los Angeles, California going to the all states and returning back to Los Angeles, California.
Drivers and Owner Operators Safety:
All drivers, including owner operators run legal per Department of Transportation (DOT) Rules and Regulations
All drivers WILL submit scanning logs after every trip.
Dispatcher Qualifications/ Requirements
Dispatchers will keep track of the progress that drivers make along their route by using large control boards in a company's office. Truck dispatchers will also check drivers in and out of terminals and transfer the trip records into a company's files. Not only do dispatchers deal with drivers on a daily basis, but must handle any requests and complaints from customers.
Truck dispatchers are required to have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. No experience necessary.

Must be dependable
Must be flexible
Must be willing to travel
Your last hour at work will be promoting Freewayenterprise.com daily during every shift this is why you will need experience surfing the internet. If you don't know how to promote you will be trained.
Main office is located in Santa Ana, Carson location coming soon. A 15 passenger van will collect everyone at Del Amo Train Station and transport you to Santa Ana office until Carson office is open. Bus will leave 5am in morning and return 2pm to Del Amo Train Station for drop off.

I live in Victorville Ca I have over 6 years in public transportation as a transit driver fixed route and Direct Access, I was permoted to dispatcher about 6 months ago I have class B lic with passenger endorsements and air breaks I would be interested in the dispatcher position if I lived closer, this sounds like a very good oppertunity I passed this info on to a few friends that have been looking for employment. Keep up the excellent work.

WOW!
I have been there done that and movin on now. Thank you Mr. Ross for keeping that door open for our fellow drivers who may have made some drastic life decisions in their past, paid their debt yet being kept in a debtors court, never being set free, I THANK YOU. This is the only way for someone to turn around and start anew, with a good J O B giving self respect. This is surely a grand nugget for many people of all races to appreciate, you talk about making a difference in peoples lives.... Mr. Ross, I again applaud you.
